Reiki level 1 Attunement

This is a weekend where you will become attuned to the first ray of Reiki (of which there are 7)

This simply means that you will be able to give yourself self treatments of Reiki. You will also be able to give a Reiki healing treatment to your friends and family.

How does a Reiki Attunement work?

• The attunement is a gentle process. The Reiki Master uses an initiation process, with Reiki symbols to channel the Reiki attunement energies.
• After you become attuned, your ability to channel Reiki will have been activated.
• Your energy system will be strengthened and “new pathways are opened through which energy will be able to flow” William Lee Rand, The Reiki Touch.
• You will be shown hand positions for treatment, and you will be able to sense and /or feel the Reiki energy.
